Concepts s.a.r.l the task of achieving their investments from "A" to "Z" will earn a trademark license, free of charge, approving that the designated concept and theme has been exclusively tailored for their projects. This way, investors will make sure that no other competitor will have the possibility to imitate.
On the other hand, investors who call BEE. Concepts s.a.r.l for specific assistance will be able to either rent the designated theme and concept or purchase it at an appropriate agreed upon price.
If the designated concept and theme were rented by the investor, BEE. Concepts s.a.r.l will retain the right to exclusively employ them in future projects once the leasing contract is over.
However, if the designated concept and theme were purchased, BEE. Concepts s.a.r.l will not be authorized to use it at all.
